Hi Guys,
I am looking forward to joining a school in the UK this year, after the COVID situation subsides. I need some inputs to make the right decision w,r,t choosing the school.
I'll simplify my post in three parts - School options (with an Offer/Offer awaited), My Goals, My profile.
School Options:
1) Cranfield School of Management - MSc Strategic Marketing (Offered)
2) Strathclyde - MSc in Digital marketing (Offered)
3) Warwick Business School - MSc in Information Systems & Digital Innovation
4) University of Edinburgh - MSc in Marketing & Business Analytics
5) Henley Business School
6) Glasgow University
7) Lancaster
8) Durham
9) University of Bath
To give a perspective, my Goals are:
> Study & Work in the UK for two years, then return to India with some international experience and a good university degree (with decent brand equity, but not close to the Oxbridge league of course).
> Progress in my Marketing career of 9+ years, that has largely been in Advertising, Traditional media management, Brand Management & Digital marketing.
> A lot has changed in the Marketing universe in the last decade. So, learning new technologies and tools is also as important to me, as getting the degree.
My Profile
> MBA - Full time, from India (General management)
> B.Tech, from India
> 9 years of experience after MBA - Consumer Brands, Internet ånd Media industries
> 35 years
Thanks :)
