Awarded annually to a student, who is entering the second year of the MBA program in the Faculty of Business, and who is working in Organizational Studies, Strategy and Policy, or Human Resource Management. Applicants will be considered primarily on the basis of superior academic achievement with consideration also given to leadership qualities demonstrated through involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Part-time students are eligible for this award.
