Awarded annually to a student who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and who is registered full- time or part-time in the final year of the MBA degree program. The recipient will be selected on the basis of outstanding academic performance, a grade point average of 3.5 or greater, and demonstrated interest in the field of corporate governance.
