I am sure you have seen that the percentage of students employed after Vlerick is not very high: that is the sort of outcome. Use LinkedIn and compare where the students end up. If you're focussed in programme management roles in the finance sector in Paris and Brussels then look at the top schools for those roles, and go there. That means HEC, ESSEC or Insead in France, probably, and in Belgium you'll probably see that Vlerick and Solvay are the leading schools. If you want to hedge between Brussels and Paris, then the structure of the Solvay Ponts MBA would also give you time for an intensive French course and for networking.
