Also, as per your understanding, why EADA is bad?. Can i say that EADA is equivalent to St. Xaviers/lower rank IIM (lucknow, shillong), of India. or it's worse then those ?

No, EADA would have an overall better reputation - both in Europe and globally, than those Indian schools you mentioned.
And IE would carry more weight than EADA, and would indeed be better financially in the long run. Three years after graduation, IE grads generally earn about $150k US - compared to around $90k US for EADA grads. The math says that if you can at all swing IE, do it, because you'll most likely make back your investment in the end.

Nice thread going on. I dont understand why IE is ranked so high if the post-MBA scenario in spain is so bad currently..Or is its focus limited to spain itself or atleast to its neighbouring european countries.?

I'd imagine one of the reasons is that IE has had great success with placing grads internationally - and their grads tend to leverage IE's international resources to play the field.
Something like 1 in 5 of their graduates find work in Latin America; compared to about 1 in 4 who find work in Spain. A good percentage of grads also go to Asia and North America (although I'd imagine many of the latter are actually from North America in the first place.)

This program has entered FT ranking only this year, but managed a strong rank- 37th. What's your opinion on such a strong performance of this school in FT rankings. Would you recommend this school to someone looking for asian/chineese experience?

CUHK, HKU and HKUST are great schools. HKU's tracks with LBS and CBS are selective: I think you can't be assured entry into either before starting the programme, but they are excellent options.
But you knew that already ;-)

I would love to know from both of you , that I am getting admission at EADA , Asian Institute of Management, and also to Bangor University. I am considering EADA as at priority, but having discussion with one of the EADA Alumni, he informed me that the International MBA programme is the best in Europe, but the only loop hole is the placements.
How do u suggest, that with the current euro crisis and other factors over Spain, should I check in myself to EADA as the school fees is also low. , or should i wait for1 another year, to understand the market .
Job is also a important factor. Will I get good Job in Europe after MBA from EADA , or also can I get good job in Asia /India after completing the International MBA from EADA.
Please suggest....

Ashish. I have nothing to add to what I wrote to you last week. You are not likely to get a good job in Europe, because you are not a European. A graduate of a European school without a strong network in India is not especially likely to get a great job in India. Personally, I would choose the AIM. Forget Bangor.

I would also suggest AIM over Bangor University as AIM has good reputation in Asia if you are considering working in Asian Counties (i.e. India, China or Singapore)
In case you would like to explore opportunities in Europe then i would suggest UK over other european countries, as may get some good opportunities in UK as compared to other europen countiries.

But I would suggest that you contact the EADA's career services staff and ask them about previous grads with profiles similar to yours. I have been reading here all the posts regarding the European B-schools and would really like to know your opinion about Mannheim business school. I have received an offer from this school and it looks a gr8 school with a good faculty and reputation within Germany. It is regarded as the best b-school in germany but still it does not feature in the FT rankings which is really surprising to me. How would you consider MBS with regards to the job opportunities within european zone, knowing the fact that it is growing in reputation within europe. Would it be wise for non-european citizen to choose Mannheim business school over Warwick, due to the visa restrictions in UK ?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I have read a lot of mixed things about Hult and am trying to figure out if it's worth the money and time, since it still seems to be a 2nd or 3rd tier school with, what I imagine to be, a fairly thin alumni network and is not AASCB accredited.
I want to get into microfinance, impact investing, or social enterprise space, and I am not entirely clear on how important B-school prestige is in these areas, working either in the US or abroad in emerging markets. I was not accepted at the schools I wanted (probably because I only put 6 weeks into the test prep and application process, but I'm unlikely to want to retake the tests to reapply in the future).
Hult kept sending me emails after I was rejected from the schools I wanted, so I decided to send in an app just cause it was easy. It seems to be a budget shortcut to an MBA, but I cant tell if there's real value here. I have to decide in the next few weeks whether or not I'm really going to pull the trigger and matriculate and am having a hard time making a decision. Any advice would be welcome.

Although the economy condition of this country is bad for current, but I think EADA studies are valuable and they exist with good ranks too.

EADA is not a bad suggestion. The issue isn't just prestige but also network. Which schools have the most MBA alumni in the segments you are looking at - that is something you can research via LinkedIn. Almost certainly it will be a major school, bigger and more known than Hult.

After 1 year, India would be a good market too, and I think there shall be many changes come to Spain markets too, as the things in 365 days changes very fast.
Also, how do you suggest that during MBA should I pursue some additional courses like ERP from GARP as well CFA courses as I heard that they may add on value to MBA, or you suggest that should I pursue there after MBA.

I think you should aim for the best school you can get into. EADA is better than Hult but perhaps there is a better school still?
You won't find work in Spain unless you are already fluent in Spanish and have a network there.
During your MBA you will not have time to study for another exam. If you have time, learn languages or focus on becoming healthier.

Spain's economy is in big trouble, i dont think it will be a good idea to go to Spain for MBA studies as the unemployment rate is constantly increasing.

Thanks for the suggestion. I know there are better options, but those are not under my financial availability. I have already paid my fees to EADA , and the best part that I have got the scholarship too, to study my International MBA.
I do agree with other user ,as he is saying that SPAIN economy is weak as of today and employment rate is less, but it would be great challenge and learning opportunity to learn MBA part in such condition. After having such weak economy Spain 4 MBA schools are getting good ranking which includes EADA too.
