Preference will be given to Syrians and Palestinians who are permanent residents of Saïd Foundation’s target countries (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan). Due to current circumstances in Syria, Syrians with residency in places other than the Foundation’s target countries are also encouraged to apply. The scholarship will be awarded to candidates who demonstrate that they will benefit from financial assistance.
