The scholarship is awarded to a student above 33 years of age who is either British or Chinese and who has demonstrated leadership potential for doing business between or in either Britain or China. This scholarship is also open to British students with interest or connections in China/FE or to a Chinese person with a connection and/or an interest in Britain.
